I am water

Fluidly moving I flow through this life
If mountains get in my way I roll around them
Where holes are present, I fill in
I freeze when I’m cold
Turn to vapor when boiled
Pour me in your soil I’ll help you grow
I’m polarized constantly seeking more
To create oceans where puddles once were.
